Our wide patio selection comes from S@m's Club, so while it will still be discounted, it will NOT be 50% off, because it is sold to us at a percentage, what the discount on the patio is, is still unknown, until it is delivered to us and we are able to process the load!

We are also proud to say our patio prices this year will include - delivery, set-up, and assembly!
